If you notice the products that you receive are different from the products that were originally ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. The same will be picked up and the correct order will be sent. If the order has been received in a damaged condition. Please email the pictures of the damaged products and the customer service will guide you further.
This same has to be done within 3 hours of receiving the order. In an event of order cancellation, Customers have to cancel the order within an hour of being placed. If the order is a customised order and has already been processed it might not be possible to cancel the same.
The delivery personnel is not eligible for returned parcels. Please follow the steps provided by the customer care to return parcels
