Shipping and Returns
Card Affairs is currently shipping to all servicable areas in India.
At Card Affairs we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. We work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.
We ship internationally on special request.
We ship the products within 3-7 working days once the order is placed.
For customised orders the shipping takes place within 3-10 working days.
In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Card Affairs reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. In situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Card Affairs will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.This will also be followed by an SMS or an Email conveying the same. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
Shipping within India.
For prepaid orders below 500Rs a shipping charge of Rs 30 is applicable.
For prepaid orders above Rs 500 shipping is Free.
For COD orders a standard shipping charge of Rs 100 is applicable.
The price of international package is calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. You can email us on email@example.com to know more.
Cash On Delivery
Cash on delivery can be availed by clicking on the COD option on checkout.
No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method.
If the package delivered is tampered with please do not accept the package.
How do I know if my area is serviceable or not? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery payment in my area?
If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your PIN code. We will inform you within 48 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
Card Affairs does not offer a return policy.
For exchange of the product we might request you to send in an image of the product to qualify for exchange.
The exhcange request has to be emailed to us on email@example.com within 48 hours of recepit of the product. The customer will bear the shipping charges to our warehouse for all the other reason of exchange other than if the product delivered is damaged. The product must dispatched to our warehouse within 48-72 hours after the exchange request is raised.
Product must be in perfect condition.
Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
The order should be cancelled within 24hours of the order placed.
Card Affairs reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
